GCK Mobility is contributing to the emergence of clean mobility for heavy vehicles by offering comprehensive products and services. The company benefits from the GCK Group’s wide range of expertise and draws on the complementary skills of each entity’s design offices. This 360-degree mastery enables the perfect integration of components to be assembled as part of a vehicle retrofit.
Our expertise is based on key skills, with highly qualified engineers and technicians trained in the challenges of sustainable mobility and the specificities of hydrogen.

GCK Mobility relies on a design office staffed by more than 30 engineers and senior technicians specializing in various fields (mechanics, systems, safety, certification). From reverse engineering the vehicle to integrating new mechanical and electrical components and studying material strength, our team takes care of everything!

We retrofit a complete range of heavy-duty vehicles, among the most widely used on the market, to electric and hydrogen power.
GCK Mobility now has the capacity for industrial production with a 3,500 m² workshop located in Cournon-d’Auvergne. The teams work with modern tools (test benches, 3D printing machines, hydraulic presses, etc.) and are trained to ensure safety and quality of assembly.

For GCK Mobility, 2024 is a record-breaking year with:

GCK Mobility stands out for its comprehensive approach to retrofitting operations, thanks in part to its membership in the GCK Group. From the development of appropriate technologies by sister companies (GCK Battery, GCK EMI, GCK Performance, Solution F) to testing on our test track (Charade circuit), everything is designed, assembled, and developed in-house using our own tools. This autonomy allows us to integrate our technological components into existing chassis with extreme precision and infinite flexibility.

GCK was honored with the Deployment Award at the third edition of the France Hydrogen Awards, a major recognition for our coach retrofit project in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, a leader in hydrogen mobility. This award recognizes the commitment of our teams and our contribution to sustainable mobility, with the deployment of the first retrofitted hydrogen fuel cell coaches in the region. Launched in 2024, this ambitious project plans to convert 50 coaches, 16 of which will already be operating on regional routes by 2025. Together, let’s accelerate the transition to cleaner and more environmentally friendly mobility!

Guaranteeing the quality of our services means guaranteeing customer satisfaction, which is at the heart of our concerns.
Quality has always been an integral part of GCK Mobility’s DNA. ISO 9001 certification demonstrates our ability to optimize and improve our organization and meet our customers’ requirements by attesting to the quality of our services and products.
